SELECT ’S GUARANTEE:       It is Select’s intention that its customers be completely satisfied with all purchases made.  Therefore, Select guarantees Buyer’s satisfaction of all purchase items it will process a full refund of all monies paid (excluding shipping costs), within thirty (30) days of the original date of purchase.      In the event that the purchased item(s) does not meet Seller’s satisfaction, Seller is responsible for notifying Select in writing within seven (7) days after delivery of such item of his/her dissatisfaction.    To process Buyer’s claim, Buyer is responsible for the return shipment of the item(s) to Select.  All returned items must be received by Select in the original quality and condition, accompanied by Buyer’s original receipt of purchase within thirty (30) days after the original date of delivery.      Due to the fragility of many collectible item(s), Buyer is responsible for the proper packaging and shipping (via UPS or Federal Express) of the returned item(s) to ensure a safe and trackable return of the item(s) to Select.  Buyer remains solely liable for the safety and condition of the item(s) from the original date of delivery until the return shipment is received by Select.   All returned item(s) are subject to a complete and thorough conditional inspection by Select.  Select reserves the right to disclaim or deny Buyer’s  claim if Buyer fails to meet any requirement of the aforementioned return policy. SELECT MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES OF OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
